Moving to outpatient as new grad?

Hi all,

I’m a new grad nurse (4 months in) working on an oncology med surg unit and I am really struggling with the ratios and lack of work-life balance. I found a possible job opportunity as an infusion center RN working three 12s, day shift, no weekends/holidays. I am wondering if it would be too soon to switch from bedside- will this limit my options if I want to move towards something different later in my career?
