Question for L&D nurses.

I’m a nurse myself and going in for induction soon. I’m terrified to say the least, specially for the foley balloon. I tense up a lot during my cervix checks, specially when the doctor is in a rush so this whole thing makes me nervous. Any tips for getting through this? I am praying I somehow go into labor spontaneously in the next day, but it honestly doesn’t look like it’s happening.
