Surgeon attempted to assault my wife

Wife is a surgical coordinator at a shitshow of a hospital. Doctor was in a mood and apparently a sizer for a surgery failed due To either manufacture defect or problem in csp. He threw it on the floor by the door and told staff “do not touch it! I want her to hit it!. Her being my wife. Who is not in charge of the csp or resource group and do not manufacture implant sizers in our basement. She came In to check out the room because if you don’t cup the surgeons balls every 20 minutes her nurse manager fresh off a 2 week vacation will find a way for the night nurse to call out ensuring a 20 hour day. On entry she went down slipping on it but managed to not eat shit. So where to go from here. I want her to resign because after the last 20 hour day its not getting any better. He apparently bragged to staff about it.
