Is it just me or is our traffic absolutely terrible?

I have only ever lived in Oklahoma and have never experienced real big city traffic so maybe I’m naive but I am sick and tired of our traffic. It’s like every hour is rush hour, bumper to bumper no matter which direction you’re going.

Just now from Yukon all the way to my apartment in Norman, it was stop and go bullshit barely going 10mph.

I work nights so I rarely get caught up in the bad traffic but the few times I drive during the day it’s always so awful. Am I just overreacting? Or is our traffic abnormally bad? Also if anyone has any tips to driving through this mess, or even avoiding it, please let me know.
