Female 40ish poll

I'm curious to hear from you. Have you been doing only OMAD? How long have you been doing it? And how has it affected your hormones and thyroid? I've done IF in the past, typically 16:8 with longer fasts thrown in. I've lost my motivation to fast because it didn't seem like it was working anymore. I've never done OMAD strictly although I've alternated fasts having 500 cal on my down day. I know I can do OMAD but I am afraid of messing up my body worse. I am on thyroid meds for sluggish thyroid. I've gained around 20 lbs this year and just feel puffy and not great in my skin. Tell me your experience please:) I'm sick of feeling like this. I actually eat healthy and it doesn't seem to help.
