Anyone experienced engine recall with Hyundai in Ontario? Did you face issues when providing your oil change records?

Would Hyundai reject my recall claim if I don’t have all my oil change documents & some were done late?

My engine seized and turns out there is a recall on the car. The dealership inspected the car and said they will go ahead with the recall swap given that I provide all my oil change records.

I have two questions:

1- what if I don’t have all of them?

2- what if some were done a bit late. For example the recommended oil change is 6000 I’m. And I did it at 7,500 or 9000 etc. would they reject the recall due to this fact?

Note: I put synthetic oil which according to a quick google search is recommended to change every 12-16k km. Regular oil is recommended to be changed every 5-8k km.
