Porsche Mechanic Recommendations - Engine Out Job

I have a 2017 Porsche Macan Turbo and it's been making a lot of noise when I accelerate. At a dealership inspection, this is what I was told:

"Good news, the noise is nothing with the engine-it is an exhaust rattle: FOUND V-BAND CLAMP FOR DRIVER SIDE CATALYTIC CONVERTER TO DOWN PIPE IS LOOSE CAUSING NOISE. IT IS NECESSARY TO REMOVE THE ENGINE TO GAIN ACCESS TO V-BAND CLAMP. WITH ENGINE REMOVED WILL VERIFY THE PASSENGER SIDE V-BAND IS TIGHT TOO"

I know it's going to cost me, but I'm looking for a skilled and reliable mechanic that can get this done without costing me an arm and a leg.

Looking for recommendations, advice, and emotional support lol. Mainly the first two.

Should I upgrade my downpipes while the engine is out as well? Thanks in advance.
