Apartment Hunting

I’m moving to Orange County, Irvine, next year and I’m wondering if there are any good 1bed1bath or studio apartments near the area under $2,400? I’ve seen some negative reviews regarding the Irvine Company Apartments (the yearly rent increases and strict rules) so I’m not keen on those.
