Back to Back?
Ok guys, so I live 40ish minutes to an hour from my home studio/local studios and share a car with my spouse. For these reasons my typical routine is to do 2 a days, 3x a week. I mostly do strength 50s and tread 50s.
Here's my question: is it looked down upon to do back to back classes? For some reason I've felt so bashful about it and mostly do a tread 50 at one studio, take a break, do some errands etc and then head to another studio for class #2. But if I take 2 classes back to back with the same instructor, is it weird? I did it once or twice and felt uncertain about the coaches vibes, but I think they were new and repeated the same things each class if that makes sense. Would love to hear from y'all!!!!
