Why your mewing is not getting any results!
Well for context, i have been mewing for more than 6 months, and have gotten result even though sometimes its incorrect posture. I do it when im sleeping and try to do it in the day whenever possible. When im sleeping, sometimes it was hard to mew correctly. For the people who has a hard time mew sleeping.
Best tip is to tape your mouth or invest either in a nasal spray or neti pot when nose breathing gets congested ( nasal spray use moderately or your nose will get more congested when you are not using it)
So i have been doing mewing kinda wrong except when im awake. Apparently, your tongue is like a muscle that needs to be train so it gets very easy. I have been mewing for a quite a while and still did not see it get easier. So i cam across tongue chewing. It is basically chewing gum but instead working your jaw muscles chewing and risk TMJ( jaw issues)
You mold the gum into a ball and mew on it which stretches out the gum on the roof of your mouth

And what this does is mewing on crack. It allows you to hard mew correctly and you feel it across your cheeks and below your jaw. Its a workout. Dr Mew recommends around 2 hours per day, but it does get tiring so at least 1 hour to see results. And you will feel the workout on your face. It is suppose to make you your jawline have that crispier look, hollow cheeks and visible cheekbones. At least thats what the guys says.
The best thing about tongue chewing is that it will make your mewing results faster as well as training your tongue so your normal without gum mewing much easier and after one day of this, mewing become so much easier despite spending 6 or more months trying to mew. It allows my tongue to put the 1/3 back of the tongue of the roof. Dr mew said to put your back of the tongue in a vacuum. And i thought i did know how before but now it just gets very easy to mew the back of your tongue after tongue chewing.
For the gum i use mastic gum, but most gums will do. I just like hard gum since it does workout your face a lot without risking TMJ. And now my normal mewing when im sleeping or throughout the day, i feel that its working out my face, my cheeks and below the jaw feels the exercise. And now i hav noticed a difference in my face after a couple months of doing it.
