Activity Tracking
Hi All!
I just purchased an Oura ring Saturday, and am so excited for all the health benefits 🥰 It would be nice to hear any feedback on how accurate you view the activity tracking to be? I am a bit concerned that it is not as accurate as I would like. I have been wearing the ring all morning while working at my desk, and I notice steps/calories burned are going up. I wonder if it is tracking me typing on the keyboard as steps? A big reason I did purchase this was for fitness tracking so I would be a little disappointed if it’s super inaccurate!
