Second time growing outdoors. Seeking advice on plant problems.

Hey y'all I'm reaching out seeking some advice from some more experienced growers than myself. I'm running into some difficulty this year trying to get these plants to grow successfully.

These plants had great growth and looked healthy up until a couple weeks ago when the new growth started curling up tremendously. The oolder growth still looks fine for the most part. This same curling happened on multiple plants. The other issue I'm seeing at early stages of growth is the white/yellowish spots on the leafs. I thought maybe it was due to septoria but unsure. Any advice is greatly appreciated

Last year I planted in a large pot and the plants did well. This year I planted into my raised bed but every plant is having issues. My assumption is it's soil related, I was hoping the combination of loamy soil and compost in the beds would have been sufficient for these plants but it appears otherwise.
