How do you deal with being dove?

I've been a Lucio 1 trick for a while now and have recently tried playing other supports. My problem is when playing characters like Ana and Zen I keep getting dived on by Sombra's, Tracer's, Winston's Etc. I try to play as far back as I can while still having my team in my line of sight but against most dive heroes i find there's little I can do to stop them from killing me. When playing Lucio I could simply boop them away then wall ride out of the situation, or I can play closer to my tank to get protection from my team, but these other characters don't have as easy counters to the same situations. Any advice would be appreciated!
