Acne in Oxford

Since I've moved to Oxford my acne has gotten worse. I've noticed when I go back home in Belgium, it gets better again and my skin clears up, before getting bad again a few days after I've gone back to Oxford.

Has anyone experienced this or knows what might be causing it?
