Worst character in OZ?

I know there are a lot of characters that came and went in OZ so I tried to think about my most hated characters (I just finished my first watch through). If I missed anyone you hated put it in the comments I’m curious about who people really can’t stand in OZ.

Edit: by worst character I meant the character you like the least personally. Sorry if it’s confusing didn’t mean to word it like that
