Internet situation in pakistan?

I am fortunate enough to have wifi but still I noticed WhatsApp to be acting kinda weird. Some photos or files aren't sending. WhatsApp literally took 3-4 minutes to send a sticker to my cousin which would've been sent in an instance.

Getting to the point, is social media now banned in pakistan?
