How to take your money outside Pakistan? Legally!

Hello guys,

Need some advice. I live in USA and have some inheritance in Pakistan. I want to transfer it out of Pakistan legally. Which Bank or service allows you to send your dollars outside. I don't mind doing wire transfer. If direct money can't be transferred, I would like to pay my Mortgage or Bills in USA through that money.

Any advice would be appreciated.
