How to tailor a resume having only had food service experience?

Hey all! I know we get tons of resume questions here, but I can't seem to find one fitting my question. I am about to finishing my paralegal AS, and have worked in the restaurant industry since I was 16, so 11 years. One of my final assignments is to write a resume, which is great! However, i've never written one and I figured that because of my experience, I should go functional and not chronological. I'm not entirely sure how to tailor this experience to fit a resume for a paralegal position. My most recent job, prior to covid, was as a beer sales rep covering my entire state, so I plan on leaning on that a little harder than my positions as a server/bartender. Any advice? TIA!
