This nasty debuff will make it hard to cap your hit chance with Accuracy. Not having 100% hit chance is a big DPS loss, even more so for crit build which roll it twice per hit. See 1,2.
When it comes to the Evasion debuff, it fully negate Grace %more multiplier early.
Thankfully, there is an easy fix to this issue ! You can allocate the Soul of Garukhan in you pantheon after having captured the Dig (Tier 10) map boss with a Divine vessel, to fully negate the Blind debuff effects. You can make use of Precision to help until then. Have fun everyone !
