Dispute # PP-R-BGK-554 196 154
To whom it may concern,
I open a dispute with PayPal PP-R-BGK-554 196 154 because the item I ordered was never delivered and the seller provided a tracking number that was fake. I had to request a letter from UPS stating that the tracking number was addressed to another person at another location. When I finally got the letter, PayPal rep is stating that the 10-day grace period to reopen the case has already passed and they can't do anything further. This is clearly unfair and unacceptable. I'm requesting that my case be reopen and closed in my favor.
