Hello, can someone help me with this problem I have with my amd ryzen 7 5700x processor?

Good morning, I have a PC with a Ryzen 7 5700x processor, I have it on a Gygabyte b550 ds3h rev 1.4 motherboard with a 240 mm thermalrigth frozen notte liquid cooling and I have been using it for a year and have never had problems with the temperature or nothing in general and a few days ago it started to happen that: I explain to you every day, my first boot of the day raises the temperature of the processor to 115 degrees Celsius and the PC turns off for protection, then I start it and it rises perfectly, giving it a lot of fabric at 65 degrees maximum. And it happens to me every day when I start the PC for the first time. I have changed thermal paste and checked that the liquid cooling is well connected and that it has no faults and seems to be fine.... What I understand is that only the first time the temperature rises and after it is blocked (115 degrees) I can start it as many times as it does not rise above 45 degrees when it rests.
