Did my gpu die?

My pc stopped displaying on my monitor the other day, with it reading no DP Signal along with that the VGA light is on. Everything else seems to be working as I could hear the launch window sounds through my headset.

So far I’ve tried reseating my Ram and my GPU, along with that I’ve tried my other PCIE slot and a different port on my power supply for the PCIE cable, I’ve also tried removing the CMOS battery for 30 seconds, along with testing an HDMI cable and a method I’d seen for other Dell monitors were you turn on and off the pc and unplug the monitor

I recently added the 4tb ssd but it’s been running fine so I don’t think that could be the issue
