Nvidia's 5090 PCB is insane!
As much as I hate Nvidia for it's marketing strategies which everyone knows by now. One has to admit they are the market leader for a reason.
Having their flagship GPU components crammed into such a tiny PCB is really mind boggling. GPU core, memory chips, MOSFETs, resistors, capacitors etc all in such small surface area is incredible.
Will that cause heat issues in the future, that will remain to be seen. Another issue I can think of is the traces on the PCB will be very short, making repairs a real nightmare for technicians.
