Pc is on but no display

I have a 1660 super or something and that's all I know. I don't know much about computers since this is a prebuilt from ~2020. My computer will be on with rgb and all fans on, but no display, and after 1 minute or so it turns off. Ive tried reseating the ram sticks countless times, ive taken the graphics card out and reset the cmos battery or whatever. All of the cables are plugged in correctly, and my monitor is on. This was a reoccurring problem for a little bit and it fixed every time I resat the ram but now it won't turn on no matter what I do. Recently I updated the bios and that's around when the problem started happening. The other day I checked this website and it told me my graphics card was the weakest part and I needed to replace it but I want to make sure if it's the reason this is happening. Please help me.
