New Game+ or Persona 5?

I just finished my first play through of Reload. I really enjoyed it and want to go back and do all the social links because I missed out on finishing some of them, but I also know that’s going to take a long time. I also bought Persona 5 Royal recently and haven’t started that yet either. What would you recommend, New Game+ or Persona 5 Royal?
