No Debt, No Retirement, Need Ideas

Hey y'all!

I'm posting for a relative who doesn't have reddit and doesn't know much about the ins and outs of saving for retirement. She owns her own house, is debt free, has a good emergency fund, a good car and is overall in a good situation when it comes to her daily current finances. She also owns her own small business (cleaning) and because of this has always been able to make her own hours and be there more for her kids. She's 47 and has no retirement savings and would like to do SOMETHING to help her out because realistically she knows if not she'll be working until she can't. She's also single and there is no spousal support or anything thrown into the mix.

I've offered to help her figure things out but I'm wondering what is best in this situation? A Roth IRA? Something else? Any advice?
