How to manage my money?

Hey! I’m 25F and living in Bangalore. I have around ₹1.7L in savings (including mutual funds and stocks). Most of my spending goes on travel, shopping, and food, which I love indulging in. I just got a new job that pays 73k pm and I really want to start saving better while still enjoying life. I really want to start a restaurant business or invest in real estate. Can you help me figure out a plan?
