Life changing personal trainer

I started training with my personal trainer during a dark period of my life. I was new to my city, working remotely, and felt lonely and lost. The gym became my sanctuary, and through my trainer's guidance, I discovered strength, confidence, and resilience I didn’t know I had. His encouragement didn’t just help me in the gym—it gave me the courage to step out of my comfort zone, join social sports, make friends, and build a life I’m beginning to be proud of. By this summer, I went from feeling disillusioned and suicidal to spending most days out of the house, running to social sports events or meeting friends. My trainer doesn’t even know the full extent of their impact on me, but I want to thank them in a way that shows my deep gratitude.

What are some meaningful ways to thank a trainer who has made such a huge difference in my life? I’m open to gifts, gestures, or anything creative. I have written him a thank you card in the past, but how do you truly thank someone who changed you for the better? I’d never set foot in a gym before this year, and now I’m in the best shape of my life and only getting stronger.
