How do you balance programming and 1:1 sessions in online training?

I’ve always leaned heavily on delivering solid, goal-oriented programming paired with weekly check-ins, and it’s worked really well for most of my clients. But recently, I’ve had a 2-3 clients express that they want more—specifically a weekly 1:1 session in addition to programming and check-ins.

It’s not about the payment for me; it’s about figuring out the best approach. I’m wondering how other coaches handle this. Do you stick to your core structure and educate clients on why the current system works, or are you open to adding 1:1 sessions for those who prefer that personal touch? How do you balance giving clients that “extra” they want without overcomplicating the system or sacrificing efficiency?

Educating through programming is what I prefer, cause I get it to structure it a lot better, & it's all out there so it goes as reminders etc.
