Bath dogs on groomers

As a groomer am I allowed to take bath dogs? I started with Petco a little while ago as a groomer and I had about 30 bath dogs that followed me from when I worked for another corporation as a bather. They have all been long time requests and refuse to go to other people. My GSL has begun moving these bath requests (three so far) off of me and onto the two JPS we have saying I am no longer allowed to do baths as a groomer, even though I have told her they are requests and won't go to other people. Is it true I'm now not allowed to do bath dogs? They also just told us at my salon that they are getting rid of the bathing position and fired our bather.
