Easy settings societies

I’m a member of a number of ‘easy setting’ societies. All have open difficulty settings. They’re fun groups, and as a golfer IRL, it’s nice to enjoy the hero shots. Anyway each society has one or two god like players, constantly shooting 5 or 6 shots better than a perfect round, i.e their holing out on a lot of holes. I’ve played their ghosts to seek tips and asked on the chats what settings people are using but the secret is being closely guarded. I suspect there’s a ball type that helps with holing out and I also suspect I’m up against a bunch of 3 click swingers but I thought I’d ask if anyone has tips on how to be consistent in holing out?
