Chinese companies?

Long post ahead!

I just got an offer from a local furniture company here owned and run by a Chinese Family. They offered me 50k which is lower than my asking(between 55k-60k). I know how the job would go and what the environment would be like bec my first job was also on a furniture company own by Chinese. The pay was super duper low , the workload is unbearable (had to work until 3am in the morning kapag peak season).

The daughter of the owner said she’s building this team that is far from the traditional setup established by her parents. Its gonna be modern and will be more fun and dynamic. She said interactions with other bosses will be minimal pero takot na ko ma stress ng ganun ulit kasi yun din linya ng boss ko sa pinaka una.

The dilemma I have is, since mga kamag anak lang din yung inaappoint for lead roles doon just like on my first job, baka maging utus utusan nanaman din ako. So even though I’m offered 50k for it for a “lead” role, natatakot ako na baka maulit nanaman yung dati na boss ko lahat ng kamag anak kahit mas mababa position sakin. I even had to ask multiple times kasi ang initial offer nila was 40k then 45k upon regularization. I said I already make 44k now so I can’t accept anything lower. Ngayon 50k na daw and they wanna schedule me to meet the owner. (Yung mother niya). Should I go or decline ko na? Thoughts on Chinese companies nowadays? Thank you!
