How should I respond to this model?

I did a shoot with a client two weeks ago, and I delivered my final edits to her this week. After the shoot, she had texted me and told me to edit out her bloat because she felt bloated that day. I responded with a simple "You looked fantastic, the pictures turned out great!" and she responded with a heart.

Fast forward to when the final edits were delivered, she told me "All I ask for these photos is that you deliver the most flattering ones and not the ones of me slouching." This caught me off-guard because it was a street fashion shoot, and "slouching" poses definitely fit the aesthetic. I saw nothing wrong with her posing, I didn't see anything wrong with her belly, nada.

My question to my fellow photographers is: How would you respond to this?

How am I supposed to know what looks "flattering" when this is kinda subjective?
