have camp job including swimming but also new piercing

hey so I got a navel piercing about three weeks ago (kind of impulsive but don't regret it) but i start a summer job in about two weeks and part of this includes helping out in river water. Advice for minimizing risk? i plan on cleaning it putting a second skin type waterproof bandage over it, wearing a one piece etc but does anyone have any more advice ??
