How can I effectively clean under my large conch jewellery?

I stupidly decided on this big conch piece when I got it pierced last Thursday and now I’m having trouble cleaning the underside of the jewellery. I’ve cleaned most of the dried blood around it with q-tips which I know isn’t ideal but I’m not sure which other method to use. Any help would be appreciated!!
