Lip piercing help!

Hello! I have a 9 week old snake bite or labret. I changed it to a hoop a few days ago (Monday to be specific) due to irritation and so far everything has been good on the inside of my month however a few days ago i noticed discoloration around the piercing. It is not painful what so ever just uncomfortable. I have been cleaning it with salt water twice or more everyday. What should i do? Is it infected or just irritated? ( please don’t mind the way my face looks in the first two)
