Mouth wash for lip piercing

Hi, I just got a vertical labret and I'm wondering what mouth wash I should use, I just have act alcohol free currently but I'm not sure if it's the best option, any help is appreciated. It is a flat back labret by the way and just got it today, I'm using saline spray for the outside, just trying to figure out best mouth wash type.
