Why did they scrap the ONLY skin i cared about coming into the game for jeff???

Like he was actually one if my main reason to get jeff but mow they stupidly scrapped him for no reason, look with the nina atleast it HAD a reason but it wasnt a good one at all. But this is just infuriating to me
