Bumps on top of head are getting more pronounced?

I’m asking on this group because I love the big bumps in the shape of a pitty’s head. You know, the “heart shape” of their big ole noggins? Anyway, my girl Kirby (pitty/husky) is 8 years old and I have noticed that her bumps are getting more pronounced. They don’t seem to hurt her at all, but wondering if that is normal or if I should take her to the vet.

She is 100% symptom free of any of the brain tumour symptoms (already went down that rabbit hole 🕳️)t
