Parkway East inbound this morning (line painting)

Did anyone travel on the parkway East this morning and get paint on their vehicles?! I noticed it once I got to work this morning and there were a few Penn Dot trucks but I didn't know they were painting lines until I passed the first truck in line. There was absolutely nothing that would have made me aware. There is white over spray paint in my wheels, the wheel wells and mud flap on my vehicle and I am livid!
