Warocqueanum damage. Fungal? Bacterial?

I bought this from ecugenera about a month and a half ago. The old leaves quickly turned due to transplant shock into LECA. New leaf started okay but the left side started “shriveling” as the the leaf hardened. The is usually 74-78 F and humidity is in the range of 60-70% (Florida). There was a recent cold snap but the house never dropped below 68F. No visible pests. I probably dropped water on the new forming leaf while trying to water the moss pole. Plant gets 800 FC no sunlight (except maybe an hour of early morning sun) so maybe that’s the issue too.
