Bought a ps5 but it keeps disconnecting from internet. Play station support always closed when we call.
It’s currently 11:30 in the afternoon on a Monday (in USA if that makes a difference with their support hours). This is the fourth time we have tried to call and have switched up day and time each time but every time we get a machine saying they are closed and to call back during normal business hours. At this point I don’t even know what is considered normal business hours and Google isn’t helping.
Our PlayStation 5 continuously disconnects from the internet we can sometimes get it working from disconnecting it from our wifi then reconnecting it but not always. And even if we do that we have a limited amount of time before it disconnects again. I’m at a loss of how to fix this and get it working again. I know it’s not our wifi as everything else connected to it works fine (Xbox, switch, phones, computers)
