Pokemon you are forced to get

Just something that came to mind.

Was thinking of doing a Legends Arceus playthrough using only the Pokemon the game forces you to get (the starter, Starly, Shinx, Bidoof, Dusclops and one of the legends). That got me curious about what other Pokemon in the series you are forced to capture and you can just runaway from or knock out. Off the top of my head, I know the starters, the Kanto starters in XY and some of the legends in the most recent games are among them. Are there any others?
