With the Switch 2 officially announced, we are entering a new generation real soon. What Pokemon games do you want to see in the future? It can be brand new games, remakes, spin-offs, etc.

Since Nintendo finally announced Switch 2, we can expect the Pokemon series to move away from Switch 1 pretty soon. My best guess is Legends Z-A will be the last pokemon game for the current Switch, while Gen 10 and onwards will be Switch 2 exclusive (though I will be genuinely surprised if this isn't the case). So I'm wondering what games everyone would want to see on Switch 2. Obviously we can expect future generations/the mainline games and most likely more Legends games. Personally, I'd absolutely love if GameFreak took a step back once in a while and remade or continued older spin-off games like Mystery Dungeon and PokePark. I think this can happen especially since Snap and Red/Blue rescue team were remade for Switch 1 and I doubt that any of us saw those coming lol. Even today their spin-offs are beloved by many fans, especially the PMD series and PokePark games (I'm sure Ranger and Colosseum/DX have a ton of fans who still play the games or consider them best in the series) just waiting for a remake, remaster, or anything that will acknowledge these games existence. And I think they would sell incredibly well among old fans and even some new fans, idk, it feels like a huge wasted opportunity if GameFreak or TPC doesn't consider it at some point. And I'm not just saying that as a PMD and PokePark enjoyer lol. But I'm curious what everyone else thinks... should they only focus on Mainline/Legends, remaking old gens, mobile games, bringing back old spin-offs, or creating new spin-offs? Honestly, no matter which direction the series goes here on out, I'm both intrigued and excited for any future games we can expect on this new Switch 2.🐭🦊🔴⚪️
