Has anyone else seen Pokemon Playground outside of California?

Just saw a pokestop that said it was at rest and to come back later. At the bottom right it had a small picture of the three starters. From basic search this seems to be indicative of Pokemon playground but from what I’m reading it’s being beta tested in California. Has anyone else seen something similar? Or have seen the playground feature in their area?
