On deck for November: Geisha month, apparently
I had a great experience last month with Ditta Artigianale's anaerobic Geisha, so I figured I'd splurge and bless the household again, this time with Sey and Tim Wendelboe.
- SEY - Estella Pitti (Panama) Gesha, honey process
- SEY - Salvador Vargas (Colombia) Pink Bourbon, washed
- Tim Wendelboe - Moises Herrera & Marysabel Caballero (Honduras) Gesha, washed
- Tim Wendelboe - Jobneel Caceres Dios (Honduras) Pacas, washed
I'm especially curious to taste SEY's Gesha, one because they spelled it Gesha and not Geisha, which makes me curious to know if these beans share lineage with the OG Gesha cultivar, or if it's just marketing.
Regardless, it's SEY so I'm in.
As for Wendelboe, this is my first time ordering from them. They've gotten a lot of love from reviewers in this sub and have been on my list for awhile... Let's see how they roast!
