Did your Pet snuggle up to your Partner's Belly while Pregnant?

Lately, my Wife has started to show a bit more (20-weeks), and when we sit on the couch or lay in bed, our dog snuggles his head against my Wife's belly. It's almost like he knows Mom is pregnant and there is a little baby in her.

Did your Pet do anything to suggest they might know what's going on?
