I’m realizing I don’t spike much, my baseline is just high

I’ve been wearing a CGM for about a month. At this point I know what will spike me and how to eat so I don’t spike throughout the day. The issue is that even fasting, I’m around 110 and the lowest I go is 88- never in the morning, only between meals- so that when I do eat it’s going higher. And I’m STARVING in the 90s. My average glucose is high bc of this and obviously it impacts my GMI.

How do I lower my overall numbers rather than worry about the spikes?
