Hcg for multiples

Can any mamas of multiples help me out?

I’m 4wks 4days today. My hcg went from 750 to 2,500 in 48 hours, so more than doubled. (i bled a little today, went to ER and they didn’t seem too concerned, and thats when I learned about the 2,500 hcg. I have a follow up test on Monday.)

I’m being cautiously optimistic since I’ve had a previous miscarriage, but I’m getting like a gut feeling that if this pregnancy is successful, it could be twins…maybe I’m just delulu.

What were your hcg levels around 4-5 weeks? How fast was it increasing for you?
