Does your pregnancy feel more concrete once you know the gender?

I'm 15 weeks pregnant. Some days I feel like pregnancy is so real, and other days it just doesn't. I am supposed to find out the gender this Sunday. Anyone else feel similar, or those who did, did finding out the gender of your baby make it all more real to you?
I wish I had a better way of describing exactly what it is I am experiencing. Hope this makes some sense.
